                         INGREDIENTS : 
15-20 Zucchini Flowers 
                        STUFFING : 
150gr Feta cheese Mytilinis – well crumbled 
100gr anthotiro Mytilinis 
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves – finely chopped 
2 tablespoons fresh parsley – finely chopped 
200gr Grated Mytilini hard cheece 
                        FOR THE BATTER: 
250 gr self –rising flour 
3/4 cups beer 
1 tablespoon olive oil 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1/4 teaspoon white pepper 
Also for frying olive oil (or vegetable oil ). 
                        METHOD : 
                        In a medium bowl whisk together the beer, oil, flour salt and pepper until smooth. Store in Fridge till ready to use. 
                        Then in a bowl mix all the ingredients for the stuffing together well. 
                        Then start (with hands or teaspoon) to stuff each zucchini flower with the mix and fold the very tops of the flower in. 
                        When all flowers are ready put a pan on fire to heat the oil. Dip each flower in the batter and fry in hot oil till golden brown. 
                        Transfer the fried flowers on to a paper towel to absorb any excess oil. 
                        Serve the zucchini flours hot with grated Mytilini ( or any other you have ) hard cheece
